Youth-Centered Program Design Grounded in Evidence-Based Practice

I offer youth program design, implementation, and evaluation support for schools, after-school programs, nonprofits, and community groups. Work is grounded in Positive Youth Development and shaped by trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice with young people from diverse backgrounds, including youth navigating mental illness, LGBTQ+ identity, foster care, and under-resourced or underserved settings.

Programs are developed in partnership with organizations to reflect their goals, capacity, and community context. Support is flexible and scalable, with options ranging from targeted guidance to full program development, implementation support, and evaluation.
Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all models, programs are designed to respond to real-world conditions and support long-term sustainability.
