Community Talks & Speaking Engagements

Media, Youth, and Digital Life
These talks and workshops are part of Mindful Media program focused on how media systems—not just content—shape young people’s learning, well-being, identity, and civic life.
Drawing on research, youth-centered practice, and years of experience working alongside educators, caregivers, and young people, sessions help audiences move beyond fear, panic, or surface-level solutions toward clearer, more ethical, and developmentally grounded understanding.

All sessions are tailored to audience and context and can be offered as standalone talks, interactive workshops, or as part of a longer learning series within the Mindful Media framework.
